About Me
I am committed to supporting teens, young adults, and adults (16yrs+) learn how to build
healthier relationships with themselves and others. My work focuses on coping with anxiety,
depression, complex grief, and healing from trauma in sustainable ways.

I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. My approaches
are person-centered, strengths based, relational, and systems oriented. I invite the whole
person to step into judgement-free vulnerability, and I offer support with identifying and
building shame resilience. I thoroughly believe that no matter the maladaptive behaviors and
emotional responses individuals endorse, they are completely understandable in the context of
simply being human with abnormal life experiences in an abnormal system.

I am passionate about creating a welcoming, trusting, and safe environment for those who wish
to target ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs. I strive to assist others in living their most
authentic, meaningful life by encouraging self-love and compassion. I offer support with finding
stability through nervous system regulation and somatic mind-body thriving. I practice from a
psychodynamic perspective and utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive
Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I also have training in Narrative Exposure
Therapy and use creative, expressive arts in order to cultivate deeper meaning-making and
posttraumatic growth from the inside out.

I hold lived experience as a motherless daughter and interpersonal violence survivor, which aid
in my strong passion and desire to give back to this work. I understand how difficult it is to ask
for help and take the first step into therapy. I am here to remind you of your capabilities with
care, warmth, and encouragement. My clients are the drivers of their experiences, and I am
along for the ride if you would like me to be.
